Fabian & Associates, P.C. has represented hundreds of lenders both locally and nationwide. We also have a title agency with two (2) of the top title insurance companies in the State of Georgia. We have conducted thousands of closings over the years and have fine tuned the process to such a degree that our closings are smooth and efficient.
The firm was founded by Christina M. Fabian in 1996 and currently has offices in Cumming, GA and Atlanta (Dunwoody), GA. Ms. Fabian previously held the position of General Counsel with a large commercial real estate developer/management company before starting the practice. Additionally, Ms. Fabian is admitted to practice law in the states of Georgia, New York and Connecticut.
