The buyers need to bring: 2 picture ID's, certified or cashiers check for their

Can we use Power of Attorney to sign the documents if the borrower or seller
cannot attend the closing?

Yes, however the Power of Attorney must be in a specific form (we can provide
one if needed) and needs to be approved by the lender
